Shipping

Delivery is by first class postage and is free on all orders. Most parcels are sent the next working day. If you require your parcel urgently we can offer special delivery for £5. It will then be sent via Next Day Delivery so is guaranteed to arrive the next working day. Please contact us for further details.

Kangarinos can only deliver to the UK, or within the EU by arrangement.

Payment

Payment via the website is taken through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account for this. Please feel free to contact us for further payment advice. From time to time we offer limited offers or discount codes, discount codes can be used on full price products only. Only one code may be used per order.

Faulty products

If you receive a faulty product please contact us and we will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item. In the case of faulty goods all postage costs will be refunded, please email the details to us and we will do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Returns and exchanges

Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions in an as new condition, at the purchaser's expense. There is a £3 surcharge for an exchange. All other money will be refunded as soon as possible after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by special delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

Environment

Kangarinos tries to be environmentally responsible. We use biodegradable packaging and recycled business cards. We walk to the Post Office (usually with a toddler in a back carry!) and we don't routinely send printed invoices. If you do require a printed invoice please contact us.

Legal

Every care has been taken to describe items as accurately as possible, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions. They are intended as a guide only. All sizes are approximate and taken from manufacturers specifications. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
