BaliBaby Stretch wraps are hand-dyed and batiked by artists in Bali under good working conditions. This process removes much of the lengthwise stretch but leaves the widthwise stretch, making these super supportive and comfy for a wide range of ages. Testers suggest it's a sort of 'hybrid' between stretchy and woven wraps. They are made from a lightweight cotton jersey, snuggly soft and silky like your favourite T-Shirt.

Each wrap comes with a detailed instruction manual, and the centre of each is marked by a Wrapsody label, making them easy to use.

Slings Available:

Alyssa:
With greens layered in beautiful fading stripes, this wrap can look a little different each time you wear it, and it looks great on both men and women.
Aphrodite:
This rich purple wrap with its trailing vines and gold tones insisted it be named Aphrodite, after the Greek Goddess of passion and love.
Brigid:
Dandelion seedheads float against the colours of spring grass. St. Brigid's feast day is the traditional first day of spring in Ireland.
Isis:
The wrap has rich browns and varied blues, along with the beautifully interwoven stars, suns, and leaves. It is named after Isis, Egyptian mother-goddess, daughter of Earth and Sky.
Jandrea:
Jewel-toned rainbow makes a bold statement to brighten your day!
Kai:
An earthy gradation, inspired by the goldenrod that grow beside the dirt road near Wrapsody's home. The brown at one edge is the rich color of a forest floor and transitions gently to the sunny hue of the goldenrod blossoms.
Rowan:
This wrap has a plum-colored background with pink lotus flowers decorated by a water-inspired edging. The flowers celebrate life and birth, and the butterfly perched on the vines honors those spirits lost in pregnancy or in birth.
Stella:
This blue gradation with stars scattered across the top edge mirrors the horizon just after dusk.
Sterling:
Deep charcoal-colored rails fade to a silvery-grey center in this dad-friendly gradation.

I fell in love with the Aphrodite carrier when my baby was tiny. I had him in a cradle carry and I adored it. He always looked so snug and being in here sent him to sleep every time.

The learning curve can be tricky but it is worth persuing. The wrapsody comes with an excellent DVD which shows you a lot of carries and how to tie them. There are several simple ones and the wrap is very very versatile.

The stretch in the wrap makes it easier for a beginner to tie as you can tie it on before you put the baby in which is far less nerve wracking for a beginner than trying to tie around the baby! It also means you have a little more give if your wrapping is not perfect.

The patterns are gorgeous and having seen several I can vouch for the fact that the photos do not do them justice! The colours are bold and beautiful and I attracted many positive comments with this wrap on.
