Kangarinos stocks standard length straps (top straps approx 65" bottom straps approx 30") which should fit up to approximately a size 22-26.

Another nice and easy carrier to use. Although this is not quite as easy as the connecta I have found that the straps give me more room for adjustment. You can tie them in a few different ways which can give more support to a smaller baby, especially if they are on your back.
Although it is harder to flick the straps over it is worth the slightly higher learning curve if you want a simple carrier with a little more versatility.The straps can also be a little more comfortable for some people as there are no buckles they sit neater to your body and you can tie them in different places so you don't end up with buckles in places they may annoy you.
I also love the handy pocket in the waist strap. I didn't think I would use it but for a quick trip out to the shop it is fantastic to store a debit card/money and a set of keys!
